Senior Spotlight: Chazz Vigil

By Mikayla Henson

Chazz Vigil, 18, has completed another chapter of high school.

Last Thursday, Vigil played his last high school basketball game ever. Vigil has been on varsity for the past 3 years at Centennial.

“I am sad that another chapter has come to an end. I have made a lot of great memories playing basketball, just crazy to think that it is already done,” said Vigil.

Vigil already participated in boys golf in the fall and will play baseball in the spring. All 4 of his years, he has been on the varsity baseball team. Vigil plays catcher for the Bulldogs.

“I think that baseball is going to be really good this year, I think we can be one of the best teams around Pueblo and it should be fun this year. I am very excited about it!” said Vigil.

After high school, Vigil will be attending Johnson and Wales University where he plans on getting a business degree and playing college golf.

Vigil stated, “I am very excited about my future because I will be able to be on my own in the real world and go to college.”

Vigil has many great things going for him in the future, and the Bulldog family can’t wait to see what he achieves!
