Karley Zamarripa, a senior Bulldog, has been deeply involved in the softball and dance teams for the past 3 years, balancing athletics and performance while making the most of the high school experience.

Zamarripa said, “Being a part of these activities helped create friendships, memories, and a strong sense of school spirit.”

One of her favorite memories while being a Bulldog has been dancing in the Bell Game. “It's super fun to perform in a big crowd, and to see how hype the students get!” said Zamarripa.

Zamarripa said, “ One of my biggest accomplishments was making it to regionals for softball two years in a row after the team hadn't made it in the previous years, showing our dedication to the game, perseverance, and all our hard work paid off.”

Some advice from Zamarripa to the incoming freshman is simple but meaningful: “Make the most out of your high school years. Join clubs, try new things, and don't be afraid to have fun and get involved.”

Outside of school and sports, Zamarripa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, making sure to keep a strong balance between school life and personal time.

After graduation, Zamarripa plans to pursue a degree in nursing, following per passion for helping and caring for people in need.
